Wonderful eating

Cooking tradition of Ischia is typical of a land of sea, and was born from the fusion of earth and sea. It is indeed based on a characteristic mix of dishes of country and seaside traditions. The vegetables growing in the sunny soil of the island are really well-known, associated to woodcock, robin, quail, turtle dove, and the main item of Ischia gastronomy: the rabbit. On the other side, from the sea there is a wide range of fishes (anchovy, squid, octopus, cod) and recipes ready to delight the most demanding palates. A mix of tastes, smells and colours to satisfy every desire and the curiosity of who wants to discover the restaurants of the Island, eager to offer every visitor a unique experience.
